Physical activity plays an important role in supporting both our physical and mental
health. At Churchfield Community Trust, we actively promote physical wellbeing as a
key part of recovery, resilience, and personal growth.
Movement can be a powerful tool for improving confidence, reducing stress, and
supporting overall well-being. One of our facilities includes an in-house gym
available to all service users, offering a calm, welcoming space to exercise, reset,
and take time for self-care throughout the day.
